3rd Person Games

3rd Person Games

3rd Person Games are games where the “camera” is right behind the character; 3rd Person Perspective. For example, take a look at the picture.

These type of games include all of the Star Wars Jedi Knight Series: Jedi Outcast, Jedi Academy,Star Wars Battlefront, Indiana Jones and the Emperor's Tomb, Pirates of The Caribbean and many more. I would start out with Jedi Outcastif you are new to these type of games.

First of all, in the games mentioned above, all the Star Wars games have the choice of having 1st person, or 3rd person. This is because when you are fighting with all of the different types of guns, it is easier to aim when in the 1st person. However, when you are fighting with a lightsaber, you absolutely have to be in the 3rd person. In the game you are given the ability to do countless acrobatics (flips, twirls, Force jumps, wall grabs, saber throws, and tons more), and they will only work if you are in 3rd person perspective.

Another word of note, the game Pirates of the Caribbean, is really a RPG (role playing game), but I put it in this article because you are in the 3rd person while playing the game.

If you want some tips and tricks on Jedi Outcast, check out the site, Jedi Outcast Tips. This will show you some really neat secrets like great sniping spots, and other things to do in all the multiplayer, and single player levels.

If you like Star Wars Battlefront, and need some help, go to Battlefront Secrets to find some helpful tips and tricks. This guide has some detailed information to help you out.
